END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
Como is a shareware product and is provided at no charge to
the user for evaluation. Feel free to share it with others,
but do not give it away altered or as part of another system.
Commercial users of Como must register and pay for their copies
of Como within 30 days of first use or their license is with-
drawn. Commercial use of unregistered copies of Como outside
of the initial 30-day trial, by any person, business, corporation,
government agency or any other entity is strictly prohibited.
Private users register at no cost.
Registered users will receive a license file. Moving this file
to the distribution disks or to the installation directory of
an unregistered copy turns it into a registered copy.
You are encouraged to make a backup copy of the license file.
However you agree not to make copies for any other purpose or
give the license file or your registered copy of the shareware
product to others. This means that you may not sell or give away
registered copies of the software or any part of it in any way,
including bundling or reselling with your own software, or
placing such a copy in any disk library or on any bulletin board
or electronic service.
The registration fee will grant to you as an individual, a per-
sonal, nonexclusive license to use one registered copy (or more
if specified) on any one computer at any point in time. Licenses
may not be shared or used concurrently by other end users.
A single user license permits you to have installed and use one
copy of the licensed software product on a single computer. You
may use the software on different computers, but may not have
installed and use the software on more than one computer at the
same time. You may remove it from one computer and reinstall it
on another one, provided there is no possibility that one copy
will be installed or used on more computers than it is licensed

A limited license is granted to copy and distribute unregistered
copies of the software product only for the trial use of others
and subject to the following limitations

in its original form to any legal place unless notified other-

b The software must be copied in unmodified form, completely
unaltered including setup program, the file containing this
EULA, the file containing order information and the full

parts of it.
The software product is licensed as a single product. Its parts
may not be separated for use by more than one user.
If the software product is labeled as an upgrade, you must be
properly licensed to use a product being eligible for the upgrade
in order to use the software product. A software product labeled
as an upgrade replaces the product that formed the basis for your
eligibility for the upgrade. You may use the resulting upgraded
product only in accordance with the terms of this EULA.
You may not rent, lease or lend the software product.
The software product is protected by copyright laws and inter-
national copyright treaties. The software product is licensed,
not sold. All of the author’s right, title and interest in and
to the software not expressly granted are reserved exclusively
by the author.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
The sofware product is supplied as is. The author disclaims all
warranties, expressed or implied, including, without limitation,
the warranties of merchantability and of fitness for any purpose.
The author assumes no liability for damages, direct or consequen-
tial, which may result from the use of the software product.
Use of this product for any period of time constitutes your
acceptance of this agreement and subjects you to its contents.
